Construction Contract Manager

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years working experience as Contract Manager / Administrator in construction or building industry.
Familiar with construction contracts, tendering procedures, variation orders, claims, valuation and payment certification.
Strong understanding of construction law, contractual terms and project documentation.
Ability to review, negotiate and manage contracts effectively to minimize risks.
Good analytical, problem-solving and report writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
Proficient in office software and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Meticulous, organized and able to meet tight project deadlines.
