Contact Centre Agent

-Malaysian citizens only
-Minimum SPM qualification
-Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
-Previous customer service or call centre experience is an advantage
-Positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet service KPIs
-Willing to work on rotational shifts, if required

-Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and problem resolution
-Deliver accurate information and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
-Collaborate with team members to achieve service KPIs
