Content Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on content creator. This is not a coordination-only role. You will be responsible for planning, producing, editing, and optimizing high-quality content across digital and offline platforms to drive brand awareness and enrolment growth.

This role bridges content strategy and production. You will own the content calendar, execute content assets end-to-end, and elevate overall content standards through strong editorial discipline and creative direction.

The ideal candidate combines editorial judgment with multimedia capability — someone who can conceptualize, write, shoot, edit, and refine content that resonates with prospective families.

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Planning
· Develop quarterly content calendars aligned with campaign priorities and enrolment cycles
· Translate brand positioning into thematic content pillars
· Map content across funnel stages (awareness → consideration → conversion)
· Identify content gaps through SEO research and competitor benchmarking
· Plan integrated content across website, social media, email, brochures, video, and PR
· Collaborate closely with Brand, Corporate Communications, Admissions, and Academic teams

2. Content Creation & Production
· Write compelling website copy, campaign messaging, social captions, and email sequences
· Conceptualize and produce long and short-form video content
· Conduct on-site photography for events, student life, and marketing use
· Script and storyboard video concepts aligned to campaign objectives
· Edit videos and visual content using industry tools
· Repurpose long-form content into multi-platform assets
· This role requires someone comfortable behind the camera and in the editing suite — not just behind a keyboard.

3. Editorial Oversight & Quality Control
· Edit and refine all marketing content to ensure clarity, credibility, and brand consistency
· Elevate tone of voice across platforms
· Strengthen structure, readability, and conversion-focused CTAs
· Fact-check academic and compliance-sensitive information
· Rewrite underperforming or outdated content
· Provide constructive editorial feedback to internal teams and agencies
· Strong editorial judgment is critical — this role goes beyond grammar correction to shaping narrative clarity and persuasive messaging.
