Contract Executive

What you'll be doing
-Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of construction contracts and agreements
-Monitoring contract performance and ensuring all parties adhere to the terms and conditions
-Identifying and mitigating potential contractual risks
-Coordinating with project managers, subcontractors and clients to resolve contractual issues
-Maintaining comprehensive contract documentation and records
-Providing guidance and support to the wider project team on contractual matters
-Staying up-to-date with changes in industry regulations and best practices

What we're looking for
-Minimum 3 years of experience in a contracts management or similar role within the construction industry
-Strong understanding of construction contracts and the legal framework governing them
-Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
-Proficient in contract drafting, review and interpretation
-Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
-Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
-Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements
