Four Tracks, One Opportunity
Based on your strengths and background, you’ll be placed in one of four specialised roles:
• Telesales — You’re confident on the phone, persuasive, and can build rapport quickly.
You’ll engage corporate clients through outbound calls to promote training solutions.
• Professional Development Sales — You shine face-to-face. You’ll meet corporate clients
in person, present tailored training solutions, and close deals through relationship-building.
• Marketing Sales — You blend sales with marketing thinking. You’ll identify
opportunities, craft approaches, and drive client acquisition through strategic outreach.
• Digital Marketing Sales — You’re savvy online. You’ll leverage digital channels, social
media, and online campaigns to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
What You’ll Be Selling
You’ll help companies solve real business challenges through corporate training solutions in:
• Productivity & Process Improvement
• Corporate Performance & Capability Building
• Problem Solving & Working Adults Development
• Industry Events & Conference Production
What You’ll Do
• Engage corporate clients through your track’s primary channel (phone, in-person, or
digital)
• Leads provided for new joiners — you won’t start from zero
• Gradually build your own lead generation skills with team guidance
• Follow structured SOPs, daily routines, and coaching sessions
• Develop professional sales, communication, follow-up, and closing skills

Who We’re Looking For
• Communicates clearly in both Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Diploma/Degree is an advantage
• 2–5 years in telesales, customer service, sales, or marketing is a plus
• Eager to learn, consistent, and resilient
• Loves challenges and wants to grow their income
• Team-oriented with ambition to keep levelling up
