Counter Sales Cum Admin

Serve walk- in customer, understand needs, and recommend products.

Handle customer enquiries (Whatsapp, Call or Email).

Prepare and manage sales- related documents, DO, Invoice, Cash Sales and quotation.

Coordinate with warehouse personnel and process customer order.

Handle cash/ online payments and daily cash reconciliation.

Handle basic after-sales support and customer feedback.

Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.

Requirement

Fresh graduate with Diploma or Bachelor's degree are welcome to apply.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)

Fluency in Mandarin is preferable.

Strong communication skills in Mandarin, English or Bahasa Melayu.
