Coworking Customer Service Executive

What you'll be doing
-Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
-Providing guidance and support to members on the use of our coworking facilities and services
-Handling booking requests, meeting room reservations, and other administrative tasks
-Assisting with the set-up and coordination of coworking events and activities
-Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our shared coworking spaces
-Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting improvements

What we're looking for
-Demonstrated experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in a coworking or shared office environment
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals
-Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer requests and queries
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
-A friendly, proactive, and adaptable personality with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
