Key Responsibilities
🎯 Creative Concept & Execution

Conceptualise and develop creative ideas with the marketing team

Participate in brainstorming sessions to deliver impactful campaigns

🖥️ Design & Content Creation

Produce engaging visuals for social media, EDMs, websites, and e-commerce platforms

Design offline marketing materials such as posters, banners, brochures, packaging, and more

🎬 Multimedia & Motion Graphics

Create and edit video content including motion graphics (2D/3D)

Support content creation through photography and videography (bonus skill)

📊 Brand & Quality Control

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency

Review junior designers’ work to maintain quality standards

⚡ Project Management

Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

Deliver work accurately based on briefs with high attention to detail

🌟 Trend Awareness

Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices

Requirements
3–4 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or related fields

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

Experience in 3D tools (Figma, Blender, Cinema 4D, 3DS Max, SketchUp) is an advantage

Strong sense of typography, colour, layout, and visual storytelling

Good UI/UX knowledge is a plus

Good communication skills

Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and time management skills

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Creative, proactive, and eager to learn

Strong sense of responsibility and urgency

Positive attitude with good emotional intelligence
