Creator Operations Specialist

Short Summary This Role :

Creator Incubation team drives the growth of creators on the platform, responsible for the acquisition and growth of creators via all channels including short video, livestreams campaigns, and dedicated initiatives and programs.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategize and execute creator growth campaigns via creator outreach channels and resource

Design and set up vouchers with allocated budget to support creator growth

Set up creator tasks to motivate creator actions and disburse reward incentives to complete creators

Liaise with platform stakeholders for coordinated affiliate actions such as creator matchmaking and events.

Create contracts with creators for creator obligations and payouts

Analyze campaign and project performance to evaluate effectiveness and follow up with next steps

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

At least 1+ years of working experience

Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint, able to analyze basic data and draw insights

Proficient in English and Mandarin

Organized and structured working style

Preferred Qualification:

Experience in E-commerce industry and operations

Experience managing creators and sellers

Proficient in SQL
