Outlet Crew

· Deliver friendly and welcoming customer service

· Prepare food and beverages according to company standards

· Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and outlet presentation

· Support daily outlet operations and teamwork

· ssist with stock handling and basic inventory tasks



Team Leader

· Lead and support the outlet team during daily operations

· Ensure excellent customer experience and smooth service flow

· Monitor staff performance and guide team members

· Manage stock handling and inventory control

· Support outlet sales targets and operational goals

· Ensure outlet standards follow company SOPs



Requirements

· SPM / STPM / Pre-U / Diploma in Hospitality, F&B, Tourism or related field

· Fresh graduates or candidates with minimum 1 year F&B experience are welcome

· Friendly and positive personality

· Good teamwork and communication skills

· Customer-service mindset

· Leadership and problem-solving ability (Team Leader)



Others

· Based on various locations in Klang Valley

· Will be required to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

· Full time positions only

· Local (Malaysian) only

Salary RM2,000 to RM3,000
