Job Description

Position: CRM Operation Support (Junior – Mid)
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Contract: 6 months (convertible based on performance)
Salary: RM3,800 – RM4,200

Job Summary:
Execute CRM campaigns, extract and analyze data, ensure quality activations, and optimize performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates welcome)

1 year experience or relevant internship

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI

Responsible, proactive, and a team player

Working Hours:

Mon–Thu: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Fri: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Weekends/Public Holidays: Off
