CSR Senior Lead Auditor

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct audits in areas of CSR and Quality Management System audits such as Security C-TPAT, RBA VAP & SVAP, BSCI, SMETA and COC audits
Ensure timely completion of audit/ surveillance and submission of audit reports
Develop and review audit methodologies for accreditation compliance
Interface and provide support for other departments on the day-to-day planning, marketing, operations including new product development
Maintain audit related records as per company’s policy
Develop and maintain laws and standards relating to audits
Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or equivalent fields
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in social compliance audits and quality management service
Lead Auditor qualification with CSCA Certifies from APSCA is required.
Lead Auditor in RBA VAP & SVAP, BSCI and SMETA, (Other certification would be an advantage).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Frequent travel required especially Asean country.
Able to handle tight situation during audit with good time management.
