Customer Care (Learning Advisor)

We are looking for passionate and energetic individuals to drive student engagement, sales, and long-term customer success at Geniebook! As a key part of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the student experience, deepening customer relationships, and maximizing customer lifetime value. If you enjoy connecting with students and parents, guiding learners to reach their full potential, and driving sales and renewals through meaningful customer interactions, we’d love to have you on board.

Job Responsibilities:
Engage and support students to keep them motivated in their learning journey, ensuring continued usage and long-term value.

Conduct onboarding sessions and guide parents/students through the implementation process to ensure a smooth start with Geniebook, setting the foundation for a lasting relationship.

Address concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience for both students and parents.

Analyze and share learning progress with parents to highlight student improvements and reinforce the value of Geniebook, increasing retention.

Proactively drive sales by identifying opportunities and recommending upgrades, add ons and referrals based on each student's needs

Manage customer renewals, ensuring a seamless process and reinforcing the value of Geniebook to encourage continued subscription.

Build trust and loyalty through regular, proactive communication with students and parents.

Motivate and guide students in setting and achieving academic goals.

Identify student strengths and areas for improvement, providing tailored guidance.

Requirements:
Sales or account management experience is beneficial but not required.

Fresh graduates are welcome!

Goal-driven and motivated by KPIs, with a commitment to excellence in sales and customer success.

High-energy, passionate, and empathetic toward students and parents.

Self-driven and independent, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Mandarin & English (spoken & written).

Work Arrangement:
Location: Jalan Stesen Sentral 2, Kuala Lumpur Sentral (On-site)
Schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend
Hours: Weekdays 12PM - 9PM | Weekends 10AM - 7PM
