Your Role at Feruni:

1. Create a Lasting First Impression

-Greet every customer warmly and professionally as the first point of contact

-Maintain excellent grooming and a welcoming retail store environment

-Offer welcome drinks to help customers feel relaxed and valued

2. Understand and Connect

-Engage with customers to understand their needs and purpose of visit

-Bridge customers to the right consultant or department promptly and clearly

-Manage customer flow to ensure minimal waiting and a smooth experience

3. Support a Seamless In-Store Experience

-Provide attentive follow-up on customer enquiries and special requests

-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and resolutions

-Answer calls and messages with courtesy and efficiency

4. Maintain Retail Store Excellence

-Ensure retail store cleanliness, safety, and visual presentation at all times

-Support upkeep of merchandising displays and promotional materials

-Monitor and report any operational or hygiene concerns

5. Deliver a Memorable Farewell

-Thank customers sincerely and end the visit on a warm, positive note

-Offer a thoughtful gesture or message to leave a lasting impression

-Ensure all customer needs are addressed before they leave the retail store



Who We Are Looking For:

-At least 2 years’ experience in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, or service industry)

-A diploma or degree in Business, Communications, or related field is preferred

- Excellent communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills

-Passion for delivering high standards of service with a proactive attitude

-Able to work weekends (Sunday off day) and public holidays on a rotational schedule
