Customer Service Advisor 粤语 + 英语客服

长期稳定工作:
地点：KL Sentral
开工日期：4月6号

工作内容:
-粤语 + 英文客服（英文一定要B2 Level）
-Chats, Emails & Calls
-一周工作五天9pm - 6am (轮班)
-Basic RM4300 + up to RM300 KPI + up to RM300 晚班Allowance
-需要SPM或以上 (Fresh/有一年以上的客服经验都可以申请）

Start Date: 6th April

Responsibilities:
-Bilingual Support: Provide customer service in Cantonese + English (English proficiency must be B2 Level or above).
-Multi-channel: Handle customer interactions via Chats, Emails & Calls.
-Work Schedule: 5 days per week, 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Rotational Shift).

Salary Package:
-Basic Salary: RM 4,300
-KPI Incentive: Up to RM 300
-Night Shift Allowance: Up to RM 300

Requirements:
-Education: SPM qualification or above.
-Experience: Open to Fresh Graduates or candidates with 1+ year of Customer Service experience.
-Traits: Proficient in Cantonese/Mandarin, patient, and enjoys communicating with people.
