Right now, we’re looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our awesome team! If you’re detail-oriented, a great communicator, and someone who enjoys solving problems and helping others – we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do (Your Role & Responsibilities):

Provide front-line support to our customers via live chats, phones, and email.

Answering queries and resolving client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotion.

Address customer feedback as well as complaints professionally.

Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary.

Supporting documentation/administrative needs within the department and supporting translation for customer announcement notice

What We’re Looking For(Qualifications & Skills):

Minimum qualification: SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Language skills: Proficient in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.

At least 1 year of relevant working experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Positive, proactive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends when required.
