Customer Service Coordinator (Shipping & Freight Forwarding)- Mandarin

About the role

We're looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a growing team in the Shipping & Freight Forwarding industry.

Location: Bandar Puteri, Klang, Selangor
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key responsibilities：
- Manage customer enquiries professionally and promptly
- Coordinate import and export shipments
- Prepare shipping and customs documentation
- Liaise with shipping lines, agents, transporters, and customers
- Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operational activities


About you
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Shipping/Freight Forwarding
- Fluent in Mandarin & English
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work PropertyGuru Group and meet deadlines
- Fast learner with a positive attitude
- Team player who is willing to learn and grow
- Customer-focused mindset
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience handling shipping documentation is an advantage
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment
