Customer Service Executive

Main liaise person with his/ her assigned customers in receiving orders, order entry, order scheduling, negotiating delivery (internally and externally), shipment arrangements, pricing, invoicing, payment collection, cargo claims, consignment billing & management, and etc, within the timeline given.

Liaise with transporter/ forwarder/ agents on all shipping/ delivery matters, to ensure smooth and on time deliver. Check and confirm that billing invoices from transporter/ forwarder/ agents are on time and according to their quotation.

Maintain the existing customers by taking care of their new enquiry, complaint, inventory arrangements and other issues, which arise in your daily job.

Coordinate well with all relevant departments and customers, as to establish a good relationship between both companies.

Continuously improve the total quality of the company by ways of improvement ideas and projects.

Support overseas/ local sales in various tasks, which need support.

Support the company objectives in daily work and carry out all the job given by the superior, department head and above.
