Customer Service Executive (Chemicals Industry)

Possess at least Diploma in Science.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer
service role, preferably within the chemical or
scientific products industry.
Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa
Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and verbal, to
effectively interact with a diverse customer base.strong problem-solving skills.
Proficient in managing time and prioritizing tasks
to meet customer needs and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to work onsite at Chemmart Asia Sdn Bhd,
located in Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia.
Familiarity with fine chemicals and scientific
products is an advantage.
