CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (MANDARIN SPEAKER) - Kota Kemuning

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Liaise directly with clients and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.
-Process invoices accurately according to company procedures and standards.
-Ensure each shipment achieves maximum contribution by maintaining service levels at the lowest possible cost.
-Maintain, organize, and file records in compliance with company guidelines.
-Review vendor processes regularly to ensure best practices and competitive pricing.
-Support the sales team with quotations, product information, and client requirements.
-Prepare timely reports and statistics for management and meeting updates.

JOB REQUIREMENT
-Proficiency in Mandarin, as you will deal with China-based customers and agents.
-Experience in shipping documentation (shipping agency) is added advantage.
-Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
-Meticulous, organized, and capable of handling tasks independently.
-Positive, motivated, and a strong team player.
