Salary: Up to RM 4,600

Job Description
Handle inbound calls and emails from customers
Assist customers with enquiries and resolve issues
Update and maintain accurate customer records
Requirements
Malaysian citizens only
Minimum SPM qualification
Able to communicate in Mandarin and English
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Willing to work rotational shifts
Working Details
5 working days per week
Rotational shifts (morning, afternoon, night)
Salary & Benefits
Basic salary: RM 3,100
Allowance: RM 600
Night shift allowance: Up to RM 400
KPI incentive: Up to RM 500
Total earnings up to RM 4,600 per month
Paid training provided
Shuttle service available
