Customer Service Executive - Shipping

Based in Bintulu, Sarawak

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for sea freight export booking, B/L confirmation, cost settlement, and account reconciliation

Coordinate with sales/marketing to handle shipment documents from start to finish (one-stop service)

Respond to client inquiries regarding import/export logistics and shipment processes

Organize and archive shipping documents and paperwork

Handle customer complaints, disputes, and other tasks assigned by superiors

Requirements

Degree holder

Chinese, English, and Malay(HQ in China)

Proficient in computer office software (MS Office, Excel)
