Customer Service Executive

Requirements:
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy; prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Must have a background in the F&B industry.
Job Description:
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, or in person.
• Provide accurate product and service information while resolving customer issues promptly.
• Maintain and update customer records; track and monitor service performance.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continuous service improvement.
• Support the sales team by processing orders and coordinating with relevant departments.
