Customer Service Executive

Requirements
-Diploma/ Degree in IT/ Business or any equivalent discipline
-SPM/STPM with relevant experiences are welcome to apply
-Self motivated, goal oriented, desire to deliver results
-Able to communicate well in English, Malay & Mandarin
-Able and willing to work on shift (currently is only morning shift).

-Certified by any cloud platform.
-Certified by any relevant network security institute.

Responsibilities
-Providing online cloud-related services
-Providing consultation and solutions to client regarding cloud service or related product technical issues
-Perform cloud technology testing and research, optimization of solutions and standard operating procedures
-Providing guidance for client in deployment and assistance in resolving issues encountered in cloud operations
