Customer Service Executive

Your Role:
-Handle customer inquiries via call, email & live chat
-Provide accurate product and service information
-Assist customers in troubleshooting and issue resolution
-Update case details accurately in the system
-Deliver fast, friendly, and professional support

Requirements:
-Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field
-Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandarin an advantage)
-Strong communication and people skills
