Customer Service Executive

Job Requirements: What we're looking for (same for both vacancy)
-Diploma and above
-Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft (Excel, Word, PPT)
-Nice communication & teamwork skills
-Needs to be able to communicate and read Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Job Responsibilities: What you'll be doing (for Customer Service)
-responsible for providing assistance, resolving issues and addressing customer inquiries to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience.
-Identifying customer needs and providing solutions based on company standard operating procedures.
-Recognising escalating issues and coordinating with the supervisor.
-Providing accurate information about company products and services.
