Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities
Prepare sales and service quotations for related products and services

Enter sales and service orders into SAP business systems

Monitor and expedite sales and service orders/parts

Digitize documents to the server

Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with internal departments for invoicing

Maintain strong customer relationships.

Provide technical support for product marketing and training functions

Perform other related technical support duties as assigned

Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma qualification

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

SAP knowledge preferred

Strong communication and coordination skills

Able to work independently and in a team

Additional Information
Contract Duration: 6 month(Renewable)
