Customer Service (Freight Forwarding)

Job description:
-Manage import and export procedures, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations and requirements.
-Prepare and process shipping documents accurately and timely.
-Coordinate closely with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, transporters, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment flow.
-Monitor job progress, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely job completion with high service standards.

Job requirement:
-Mandatory: Prior experience or specialization in Freight Forwarding or a related logistics industry.
-Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and attention to detail, with a positive and proactive attitude.
-Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (Mandarin is required to communicate with overseas agents).
