Customer Service (Mandarin) - Klang Valley

Key Responsibilities
-Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Mandarin and English
-Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
-Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
-Maintain detailed and organized customer records
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
-Follow company guidelines, service standards, and workflows

Qualifications
-Fluent in Mandarin (native or near-native level) and proficient in English
-Prior customer service or call centre experience is an advantage
-Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
-Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment
-Proficient with computers and customer service systems
-Positive attitude, patience, and commitment to excellent customer support
