Customer Service (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements

SPM candidate with 1 years of customer service experience encourage to apply
Diploma / Degree with minimum 6 months CS experience can apply
Willing to work 24/7 rotational shifts
Able to write traditional mandarin
Wiling to join on 27 JUN
Responsibilities

Comprehend customer inquiries and provide responses through the relevant channel: chat and email
Grasp customer inquiries, ensuring they receive answers or are directed to the appropriate support channel.
Handle customer escalations, ensuring timely responses, tracking, and necessary further escalation.
Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied.
Provide a high level of professionalism and competent customer service.
Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner following the processes.
Able to read, write, and speak fluently and spontaneously in both English and, for native speakers, in their native language.
