Key Responsibilities:
-Provide customer support via phone, email, chat, or social media in Mandarin and English
-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
-Troubleshoot issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
-Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
