We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to be the voice of our company, providing timely and accurate support to our valued customers. If you’re someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating clearly, and delivering excellent service — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with inquiries via phone and email in a professional and efficient manner.

Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and process customer onboarding approvals.

Act as the liaison between customers/corporates and Instapay’s internal teams (including handling chargebacks, remittances, and related issues).

Provide support to Business Relationship Officers when required.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM qualification.

1–3 years of experience in customer service, telesales, onboarding, or general administration.

Proficient in English; ability to speak Mandarin, Hokkien, or Cantonese is an added advantage.

Must be based in Kuala Lumpur.

Key Skills & Knowledge:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Basic understanding of customer services or customer onboarding processes

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Familiarity with using customer service systems or CRM tools is a plus
