Customer Service Officer (Inbound Call)

Requirements

Possess at least a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification.
Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates seeking to begin their career in customer service.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally over the phone.
Demonstrated ability to actively listen to customer concerns, analyze the issues, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced call center environment.
Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and provide information, assistance, or support to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Listen attentively to customer inquiries and complaints, demonstrating empathy and understanding to address their needs effectively.
Resolve customer issues by clarifying problems, researching answers, and providing solutions or alternatives, escalating complex issues to appropriate personnel when necessary.
