Responsibilities
Customer Service
· Handle incoming and outgoing communicatstomers via outlet phone.
Coordinate and manage appointment schedulnd spa services, including sending remind
clients.
Administrative & Recordkeeping
Maintain accurate daily sales records.
Compile and manage KOL performance report
Manage voucher usage and redemption track
Monitor and record janitor attendance.
Ensure proper documentation and storage ods.
