Customer Service

Key responsibilities:

Handle walk-in customers, bookings, and enquiries

Manage check-in process and waivers

Answer calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries

Process customer payments

Create invoices and manage bookings on the POS system

Ensure smooth customer journey from arrival to exit



Requirements:

Able to communicate in English at a conversational level

Friendly and professional demeanour

Able to work weekends/public holidays

Comfortable in fast-paced environment



Working schedule:

6 days per week

8.5 hours per day (inclusive of a 1 hour break)
