Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
-Monitor and report monthly delivery performance and sales.
-Direct and drive as appropriate customer queries to appropriate functions to ensure proper follow up and closure
-Analyze and published monthly or quarterly forecast to supply chain for material or capacity planning purpose.
-Drive shipments through release of order in Navision / ERP system and publish delivery schedule; provide shipment documentation to customer as needed.
-Work with Finance and Planning team to manage account receivables and inventory control
-Collaborate with Account and Business Development team to address and resolve customer issues; manage customer quotation, part price update due to material price change to prevent part price absorption.
-Timely update and maintenance of Customer' Attributes and Sales orders in Navision / ERP system
-Part End of Life and slow-moving materials/inventory management. Ensure closure with update of system inventory transactions as required.
-Conduct annual customer satisfaction survey & work with related functions to address any customer feedback issues.
-Understanding of related customer agreements
-Provide mentorship to new comers & extend coaching support to fellow colleague.
-Manage/Maintain customer records over assurance of supply risk communicated to customers
-Department lead or liaison for projects, support New Product Introduction / Transfer lead by Project Team.
-Review & maintain related quality procedures and work instructions in compliance to ISO/IATF standards.
-Spearhead continuous improvement projects over system and process flows.

Qualifications:
-Must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent discipline. Minimum 5 years related working experience.
-Good written & communication skills in Malay & English.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
-Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
