Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking customers.
Responsibilities

Communicate and explain basic information to the customer
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints on company's services and products
Assist in general office administration work as and when required
Responsible for answering & screening telephone calls, Messaging.
