Requirements
-SPM/Diploma or above.
-Basic computer skills and good communication.
-Friendly, responsible, and able to handle customer messages fast.
-Experience in online selling or customer service is an advantage.

Responsibilities
-Handle customer inquiries through online platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, website, etc.).
-Assist in preparing quotations and follow up with customers.
-Update product listings and handle simple online promotions.
-Work closely with the sales team to support daily operations.
