Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Support
-Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and rate proposals
-Follow up with customers on shipment inquiries and booking confirmations
-Maintain good communication with customers and provide professional support

Shipment Coordination
-Coordinate with operations team regarding shipment arrangements
-Monitor shipment progress and update customers on uplift status
-Ensure smooth communication between sales, operations, and customers

Documentation & Billing
-Prepare billing details and assist with invoicing
-Ensure shipment documentation is complete and accurate
-Maintain proper records of shipments and customer communications

Customer Service
-Provide customer-oriented support to ensure high service quality
-Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
-Assist in resolving shipment-related issues

Requirements
-Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Business, or related field
-Good communication and organizational skills
-Customer service oriented with positive attitude
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment
-Basic knowledge of logistics or freight forwarding is an advantage
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
