Customer Service Representative

Responsible:
-Capable of handling a Job start from order creation, BL preparation, preparing Shipping Advice and issuing invoices.
-Professional communication and coordination with external parties including customers and service providers.
-Working with various departments and audit teams.
-Ad-hoc task assigned by management.

Requirements:
-Minimum 2 to 5 years working experience in a similar capacity.
-Diploma/Degree in logistics or Business administration or equivalent.
-Computer Literature.
-Knowledge of international transportation business.
-Experience in shipping, freight forwarding in import & export is preferred.
-Fluent in English, both written and oral.
-Meticulous and responsible for the profit or loss of the orders.
-Able to work independently, self-motivator and a team player.
-Posses excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deal with people in different level/department.
-Team player mentality.
-Plus point for those who possess ISO Tank knowledge.
