1. Review and investigate complaints submitted by merchants or the platform
2. Complete investigations within SLA
3. Provide written investigation results through ticketing systems or standard templates
4. Escalate high-risk cases and follow SOP strictly

Requirements:
1. Minimum SPM
2. At least 1 year and 6 months in Customer Service
3. Fluent in Mandarin and English
