Customer Service Representative

Qualifications
-Minimum qualification of Diploma & above.
-1 to 2 years in customer service or tele-calling preferred.
-Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
-Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
-Basic computer knowledge: MS Office, CRM systems.
-Previous experience in BPO / Customer Service / Tele-calling is preferred.
-Be comfortable using call center software.
-Must be punctual and maintain professional conduct.
-Ability to handle targets and work under supervision.
-Fluency in BM, English and Mandarin.

Job responsibilities
-Make outbound courtesy (Happy) calls to customers after service visits to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
-Conduct payment reminder calls for pending dues in a polite and professional manner.
-Document customer feedback, complaints, and escalations accurately.
-Ensure excellent customer experience and build rapport with clients.
-Report service or payment issues to the concerned internal teams.
-Follow scripts and company call handling guidelines.
-Maintain a minimum number of calls per day as per KPI.
