Full job description
LOCATION:
-Menara Dana 13, Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (accessible by LRT Ara Damansara Station -10 minutes walking)
-FREE shuttle service transport from the LRT station to the Office based on the selected schedule.

JOB SCOPE:
-Attending to inbound, live chats, and emails
-Respond to customers' general queries, complaints/feedback in a timely and accurate way
-Manage customer complaints and customer feedback

WORKING HOURS:
-5 days work & 2 days off on a rotational shift
