What You'll Do:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and live chat
- Provide accurate information and assistance based on company guidelines
- Deliver excellent customer service across multiple communication channels
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently

Requirements:
- Malaysian citizens only
- Minimum SPM qualification (minimum E for BM & English)
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Call Centre experience is an advantage (but not mandatory)
