Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:

Attend walk-in distributors

Handle distributors’ enquiries

DA processing

Online and offline order processing

Generate reports needed on daily basis

Perform any other work-related tasks or projects as assigned



Requirements:

SPM/Certificate/Diploma in any discipline

Experience in Customer Service

Computer literate

Good command of Mandarin and English, both written and oral. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.

Superior customer services and customer relations skills

Working Hour:

11:20AM - 8:20PM, 2 days off in a week with fixed off day on Sunday.
