What You’ll Be Doing
Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and live chat

Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions

Manage and respond to cases from a shared inbox system

Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution

Coordinate internally to assign and manage customer requests

Conduct customer satisfaction follow-ups and surveys

What We’re Looking For
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Good communication skills in English

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus

🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9AM – 6PM

🏡 Hybrid: 4 days office, 1 day WFH (after confirmation)

📅 Follows Singapore Public Holidays (Replacement leaves given)
