Customer Service Specialist - Permanent Night Shift - Mandarin/ Cantonese

Requirements

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in voice channel support within a customer service environment.
Education: SPM or higher qualification is preferred.
Must be proficient in Mandarin and either Cantonese or English.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Active listening and clear articulation of step-by-step problem-solving are essential.
Ability to negotiate and handle challenging customer interactions professionally over phone calls.
Must always perform duties in a respectful and professional manner.
Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and provide accurate, timely responses to customer inquiries.
Deliver excellent customer support and service with patience, empathy, and professionalism at all times.
Respond effectively to customer queries using knowledge gained through initial training, client product knowledge, continuous improvement initiatives, and refresher courses.
Maintain clear and active communication to ensure effective customer support and resolution.
