Requirements

Previous experience in customer service within the financial sector, preferably in the FX industry
Strong communication and networking skills
Excellent written and spoken skills in both English and Mandarin
Ability to identify potential issues and provide solutions according to client needs
Ability to work on own initiative and identify opportunities for business improvement
Ability to work independently as well as in the team
Has a positive attitude
