Customer Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities
-Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social platforms
-Provide accurate information and solutions to customers in a timely manner
-Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
-Record and update customer interactions following company guidelines
-Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues
-Adapt to project-specific processes and workflows

Requirements
-Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients (spoken & written)
-Good command of English is an added advantage
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Able to work in a rotational shift environment (including weekends/public holidays as scheduled)
-Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving mindset
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided
