Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally.
Assist customers with product, service, billing, or account-related issues.
Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the given timeline.
Maintain accurate customer records and update system information.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Achieve individual and team KPIs/SLA targets.
Work closely with team leaders and other departments when escalation is required.
